Casefile
Casefile
Our Casefile is an innovative solution for companies seeking to streamline the account mapping and targeting process. It includes all necessary datasets and relevant graphs tailored to your specific needs and plan with us. Our Casefiles are structured in three stages, offering increasing levels of detail.
The latest version of our Casefile, 2.6, is now available. You can learn more about its features and benefits by reading our latest blog post here
Overview Page
This is the first page you see, it offers the most basic view of the data and also explains the parameters for the Casefile.
Allemployees Page
The Allemployees Page features all the relevant employees of the target company. The employees who have intelligence associated with them are ranked and sorted from the highest (1) to the lowest (5) rating, making it easy to identify the top-performing employees at a glance. For more information on how our ranking system works, you can access it from the main menu here.
On the right-hand side, graphs and metrics are located. This could be Sentiment and Correlation graphs for example.
The Allemployees Page typically displays the following details for each employee: LinkedIn URL, name, location, skills, interests, and company name.
Interactions Page: A Guide to Understanding Employee Intelligence
The Interactions Page provides a comprehensive view of the direct intelligence of employees. You can quickly search for an employee using the keyboard shortcut "CMD + F" (or "CTRL + F" on Windows) by typing in their name in the search bar. Additionally, the search bar can also be used to search for specific keywords or any other relevant word you wish to find.
A clear and concise color-coded legend is displayed at the top of the page, which helps to distinguish the corresponding keyword for each data point.
The source of the data is LinkedIn, and the "Author Name" field indicates the person who posted the content. If the "Author Name" and "Source" fields are different, it indicates that the employee has liked the post. If they are the same, it suggests that the employee has either posted or reposted the content directly.
When reviewing the interactions, it's important to pay attention to the "Text" and "Original Post Text" fields, as these contain the most valuable information. These fields provide valuable insights into the thoughts and perspectives of the employees, which can inform decisions and help drive success.
Map Page
This is just a metadata page that allows our scripts to correlate which employee did what, you can ignore this.
